Yes, the SHL Health Adviser Team will ensure that Partner Notification is fully completed for all patients who access their treatment through Lloyds’ Online Doctor. This will be done over the phone one week after the patient has accessed treatment.

The patient will be contacted and the team will check compliance to treatment, that they have abstained from sex, initiated Partner Notification and offered safer sex advice. It may be that we will need to speak to the patient more than once to complete Partner Notification and the team will follow a Partner Notification pathway. 

The SHL Health Adviser Team will work in the same way that any other Health Adviser Team in London works. They will facilitate provider referrals and will liaise with other clinics to verify the attendance of contacts.
