The Recall Health Adviser Team will give the patient one working day to check their portal - and if they have not done this by this time, the team will contact them directly to offer support.

Patients who test positive for genital chlamydia and who have checked their portal will be signposted to the Lloyds Online Doctor website where they can arrange to collect treatment at a local pharmacy or have treatment posted to their address.

The Recall Health Adviser Team will follow up with all patients who access treatment via Lloyds’ Online Doctor and will be responsible for Partner Notification.
